“Susan always does her best to help everyone in the area, and never says 'I can't do that,' 'I don't have time,' or 'it's not my job.' Although she is extremely busy, she always has a friendly smile or a caring word of encouragement at the ready. Susan is approachable and diligent; her only flaw is working too hard!
Susan never leaves any task unfinished. She always is there to help with anything that might be needed and if she doesn't know the answer to a question she will find it out!
Susan puts the student needs first. She stops whatever she is doing to serve students. She leaves her desk constantly to open music practice rooms or studio rooms for students. Her caring about students actually puts her behind on paperwork, but students are her priority and she is willing to stay late or take work home to catch up later.”
