Karina through her service has demonstrated respect for all by going beyond expectations to secure results for faculty, staff and students requiring assistance. If she does not have the answer herself, she will seek someone who does. Many students, staff members and faculty’s day have been saved thanks to Karina.
She is often called upon by students for assistance at NVC. Karina is always willing to help a student to succeed and will work with each student until their concern(s) are resolved.
Karina exemplifies a can-do spirit by approaching each challenge as an opportunity, and whenever such challenge is unexpected, she always take things in stride and focuses on the event as a unique opportunity to help create opportunities for success. The department is successful thanks to Karina’s can-do attitude.
