Thank you so much for this scholarship. My family has worked very hard to give me the opportunity to succeed in life, but they have struggled. I want to achieve my dream to graduate from college so I can give back to my family and show them their hard work paid off. Thank you for the opportunity to make myself and my family proud.

A much-needed Christmas present came a little early for Northwest Vista College.

Come unwind and enjoy a night filled with food, dancing, and raffle prizes! This will be NVC President Dr. Ric Baser's first Winter Social, so let's have a good showing.
NVC recently set a single day record for the number of students volunteering to help at three houses for Habitat for Humanity projects.
[image 1]NVC had a record enrollment in its SDEV and EDUC1300 classes this fall with almost 2,400 students enrolled in the 0170 classes (91 sections), 140 students in the 0171 classes (for students on academic dismissal—7 sections) and more than 400 enrolled in EDUC1300 (17 sections).
The Northwest Vista College Public Relations Team conducted a survey in September to gain an understanding of students’ perceptions about degree completion.
When four-year universities come to campus, students know about it thanks to the Career and Transfer Services (CATs) center.
Getting students to to graduate has been a priority for faculty member Sally First.
