Though new to the role of Coordinator of High School Programs, I am not new to education.
Prior to joining the NVC community, I was a K-12 educator for the past 15 years. I’ve held a variety of roles – high school English teacher and dual credit faculty member, curriculum specialist, instructional coach, student success advisor, and dual credit liaison – which provided me a wealth of experience and learning opportunities I eagerly offer to help support NVC’s high school programs and positively contribute to students’ academic success.
I am incredibly honored to be joining an institution dedicated to creating pathways for all to access education and training through a culture of belonging. It’s always nice to meet new people, so if you see me out and about, please be sure to say hello!
