The Northwest Vista College Advocacy team is grateful and sad to see their latest group of interns move on with their careers.
Six interns, who will be soon receiving a degree in Master of Social Work (M.S.W.), worked with the Advocacy team that helps nearly 200 students a day. The team’s services include finding food and shelter, emergency aid, counseling services and other resources to keep students in college.
It is with the help of interns that NVC is able to help some of its most vulnerable students.
