Despite the difficulties we have all been dealing with during the last two years, she continues to shine with positivity, guiding us through changing procedures and processes, always with kindness and grace, always ‘having our back’.
Erica has vast professional knowledge, is quick to respond and has excellent solutions to our never ending questions. She provides help and support not just to faculty and staff, but also to students who need guidance and help.
Perhaps Erica’s greatest strength is that she truly cares. Erica cares about the success of the student, faculty, department and college and it shows.
