Ximena handles difficult situations with grace and professionalism, making her an invaluable member of the team. She consistently demonstrates a high level of reliability, which significantly contributes to our team’s success.
Ximena always puts students first. Whether the student has a simple question about admissions or has a more complicated situation in which they need to invest more time to come up with a solution, she is always there giving her undivided attention to the student. She is also outstanding with our Spanish speaking students offering first class help.
