Paul embodies students first as he is the first one in the office every day and earlier on event days to ensure that he is prepared to assist students and team members. He also works with each student and makes it a priority that students understand what the next steps are.
Paul comes in every day with a positive attitude and creates a great work environment. He is innovative and has a can-do spirit which really embodies our culture here at NVC. He understands the mission of trying to serve all our students and community.
