The Alamo Colleges District Emerging Leaders Program is a 5 1/2 month leadership development program founded on Franklin Covey’s process-focused content: Great Leader, Great Teams, Great Results. The Alamo Colleges Leadership Academy for Success (ALAS) is a leadership program designed to develop participants in the area of personal and professional growth. Participants learn a process-oriented approach to acquire new mindsets, skillsets, and tools, which will help move the Alamo Colleges District to a culture of organizational excellence and effectiveness.
