What Will Baldrige Examiners Do While They Are Here?

The Baldrige visiting team is made up of volunteers from a number of industries. They bring with them a wealth of knowledge and best practices from those industries. When they visit next week, they will focus on the following

• Review the accuracy of our application
  • Do we do what we say we do?
  • Do we follow our own processes?
  • Do we have a systematic approach to doing things?
• Clarify things that we said in our application but did not provide enough information (the application is limited to 50 pages).
• Review new information that may have been implemented (the application was completed in April).
