Saving Wildlife at Vista

It’s never a dull for moment for our campus police. During the first week of classes, not only did they have to deal with the traffic and parking woes but also wild critters.

Several baby squirrels had to fend for themselves because the momma squirrel was no where to be found. To keep these babies out of harm’s way, members of the Alamo Colleges Police department gathered them up, put them in a box and safely took them to the Texas Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Center in San Antonio.
