NVC Device Checkout, Return & Exchange 

If you need to check out a laptop or WiFi Hot Spot, fill out the Device Checkout Form.

If you have a checked out a device:

  • If you no longer have a need for a device, please contact us so that we can provide you with device return instructions.
  • If you still need a device, please contact us so that we can exchange this device with a device from our new inventory.
  • Contact us at nvc-openlab@alamo.edu or by phone at (210) 486-4777 to schedule an exchange, or if you have any questions or concerns.
