Congratulations Northwest Vista College! It was recently selected as a 2020 Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges award winner.
The National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development said it was pleased to join Diverse: Issues in Higher Education in recognizing Northwest Vista College’s best-in-class student and staff recruitment and retention practices, inclusive learning and working environments, and meaningful community service and engagement opportunities.
In years past, NISOD has recognized the Promising Places to Work award recipients at the annual conference in Austin. However, due to the COVID-19 virus, the conference has been cancelled and will find an alternative way to recognize this years’ recipients.
