This community resource list (created by the NVC Counseling Service) has been compiled to help students who may be experiencing challenges.
It contains contact information for mental health resources, area food banks, child care assistance, and other treatment and community support agencies in the San Antonio community. This is a good place to start if you see a student in need: NVC Community Resource Guide 2019
Additionally to help with transportation:
o Students are eligible to ride on all VIA mainline bus routes using your student ID
o This benefit is at no extra cost to the student. It’s free!
