Nakotah is an exemplary staff member who embraces the NVC culture with great joy, making sure that the job is done and done well. She always has a smile on her face, and is willing to help far and above her specific job duties including helping other departments in times of need.
She is great at her job, and deserves all the recognition she can get, as she seeks none. It is a pleasure to be able to call on her and know that she will collaborate to make sure what is needed by a faculty member or student is given. She has guided students in the right direction, and makes sure to follow-through so they are not lost in the system, which is particularly valuable during this pandemic. Nakotah is just a great person, in general, and very deserving of this award.
