Librarian Wins Scholarship to Attend Conference

Kudos to NVC’s newest librarian, Rose Rodriguez, for winning a $1,000 scholarship to attend the Joint Conference for Librarians of Color (JCLC) September 26-30 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
