New Name for Workforce Program

Over the last several months, Workforce Education & Training has changed the name to several of its programs to better reflect industry standards and ensure students can easily transfer credits to other four-year colleges. NVC’s Nanotechnology program is now called Advanced Materials Technology (AMT). Bharathi (Barti) Subramaniasiva Ph.D., AMT’s coordinator and faculty, said “We decided on
