Faculty members Sarah Ball, Michael Lee Gardin, Corina Gonzalez-Stout, Kim McClurg, and Melinda Zepeda recently presented at the National Women’s Studies Association held in San Francisco, Calif.
Their panel titled ” ‘But, Will That Women’s Studies Class Make?’ Strategies for Queering and Decolonizing State Curricula,” explored processes directly impacting work in feminist teaching and curricula building and strategies to navigate those processes to make women’s studies, queer studies, and ethnic studies happen.
