NVC will have a Wintermester of select courses. All of these courses will be taught online (synchronously and asynchronously). Faculty, chairs and deans are currently working on developing a schedule. Once that is completed and approved, NVC will begin marketing these courses on NVC’s website, via email and social media to our currently enrolled students.
Depending on enrollment goals and schedule offerings, which are currently being determined, NVC may also market the courses to university students using various media platforms.
Marketing resources will be shared with NVC faculty and staff so that if they choose to, they can share with their family, friends or neighbors to help us promote NVC and increase enrollment.
Dean for Student Success – Academic Advising and Enrollment Services Robin Lund said, “Wintermester is a great opportunity for students to add an additional class to help qualify them for the Summer Momentum Program and move them one step closer to meeting graduation goals.”
