Northwest Vista College welcomes Christopher Urista, a new part-time academic program specialist, in its Mathematics and Engineering department.
Christopher said his educational journey has been deeply rooted in a passion for computer science. He started his academic pursuit at Northwest Vista College, successfully earning an associate degree in Computer Science. He then earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Currently, Christopher is dedicated to advancing his expertise through graduate studies in Computer Science at UTSA.
Christopher’s goal in his new role at NVC is to assist students in discovering their aspirations and contribute meaningfully to the department.
He eagerly anticipates the opportunity to support students and create a positive impact within NVC.
