- Parking Lot 2 (between MLH & MZH) is the designated WIFI Parking lot and will be available to students and employees to come and park for access
- Remote Employee Toolkit webpage is available to answer most technology questions.
- NVC IT Help Desk line (210) 486-4777, option 3 is available from 8 am to 5 pm
- Normal operating hours:
- M-Thursday 7:30 am to 6 pm
- Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm
- Employees & students are automatically transferred to DSO IT Helpline after hours
- Available M-F 8 am fo midnight, Sat 9 am to 9 pm, Sun 11 am to midnight
