Garvin Dansby
is the new coordinator of College Risk Management for Northwest Vista College. He has oversight for the campus occupational safety, and emergency preparedness programs.
Garvin’s breath of experience include managing risk and safety in the military (US Air Force retired), manufacturing, local government, public utilities and nonprofit organizations. Garvin earned a B.S. in Management from University of Maryland University Colleges, Adelphi, MD. He also has associates degrees in Business Management, Aerospace and Safety from the Community College of the Air Force.
Garvin’s hometown is Cleveland, OH, and he enjoys spending time boating and jet skiing with his family at their waterfront lake house on Medina Lake.
