Dr. Lisa McGoldrick, director of NVC Community Collaborations, recently served as a panelist for the financial literacy virtual workshop, “iGrad – Explore Financial Literacy with Alamo Colleges.” The event was hosted by San Antonio College and the Alamo Colleges District.
For the rest of the semester, there will be two events a month with various panelists from the colleges and other panelists relating to financial literacy. For the Sept. 22 event, there were 144 students in attendance and NVC had the largest showing. The next events are Sept. 29 and Oct. 20.
