“Austin Miller had never seen an advisor. He started here in the fall of 2012. When I called him as part of the outreach effort, we were able to schedule a caseload appointment. He came in today and applied to graduate for summer completion. He is also eligible to apply to the college Honors Engineer program at UTSA because of his GPA.
Although he will not be registering for the fall, he can be counted as a graduate. He had not planned to see an advisor, when I told him I was glad he came in, he said, 'He was glad we cared enough to call.'”
