Congratulations to Northwest Vista College faculty Brenya Buchalski who recently competed in the Spa Girl Tri event at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa.
Brenya came in second place in her age group of 55 to 59 with a finishing time of 1:08:41.7. She had to complete a 400 meter swim, 10 mile bike ride and 2 mile run in the scenic JW Marriott property. She competed with about 525 other athletes on Saturday, May 11.
