It is an exciting time in Social Sciences at Northwest Vista College.
Fall 2023 enrollment is up at almost 90% and Spring 2024 enrollment is already at 30.5% which is aligning with one of our Department goals of growth and accessible course schedules for all students.
On October 5, there was a celebration of NISOD 2023 recipients in downtown San Antonio hosted by the Alamo Colleges District. The NVC Social Sciences recipients are Erica Montanye, Jen Fox, Diana Bradford and Adam Aguirre.
Finally, on November 8, 2023, is Psychology Day which will be located near Live Oak Hall. It is a valuable experience to learn more about psychology, the awesome faculty and the incredible work NVC students are doing in the field of psychology.
