On Dec. 14, NVC staff employees met to kick off a new program that continues NVC’s commitment to administrative professional development.
Twenty-five NVC employees participated in the “Administrative Professional Team,” which is comprised of employees who have responsibilities for complex clerical and administrative work tasks. The purpose of bringing the team together is to provide opportunities for continuing professional development, sharing of processes/procedures best practices and strengthening communication.
The program is coordinated by Organizational Learning. Serving in the capacity of an advisory panel for 2013 are Yalitza Guerra, Nancy Guevara, and Minerva Muniz. Team members spent the day at La Escondida Celebration Center in Helotes to have a little fun and plan upcoming 2013 meetings in February, April, June and October.
