Alfredo “Fred” Zapata has collaborated with teams throughout the college to ensure that remote needs are met and support is in place during the remote environment.
Fred joined NVC during the COVID-19 pandemic and has led their team in the department and managed a major project involving supporting NVC students, staff and employees. He has thrived in an environment that is not only challenging but ever changing.
Fred has found innovative methods to support our students in a complex environment in ways that are proactive and safe. He jumped in feet first when he joined NVC and has worked to ensure that the support needed in a remote environment is delivered with care while collaborating across the college.
