The Employee Giving Appreciation Luncheon was a celebration of employees & community members who have contributed to different NVC funds that help support student scholarships and academic programs.
During the luncheon NVC student Michaela Alvarado provided an incredibly moving speech where she shared her gratitude for all NVC employees who have contributed to the employee giving campaign. “It is because of NVCs care and compassion I don’t have to focus on how I’m going to pay for college and focus more on studying and doing my best in my classes.”
We also had the pleasure of hearing from our NVC Business Council Chairperson Carolyn Sartori who shared the power of giving and how giving from the heart impacts our entire community.
The luncheon was lead by our NVC Community Collaborations team and this years Employee Giving Campaign Leaders Abreetta Bonner & Marie Bueno.
