Financial Wellness Class – Managing Student Loan Debt
If you read the Eco-Logical Moment last week, you may remember that I suggested five simple changes you could make in your everyday life to help reduce the amount of plastics we consume, therefore reducing the need to manufacture them.
Oops; we didn’t quite make Goal No. 1 in terms of participation last week, but we did meet Goal No. 2 in the total amount of funds raised in the NVC Employee Giving Campaign. To see the progress on our goals, click here: http://www.alamo.edu/nvc/giving/.
Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is a national company with over 1,200 stores. To help with its growth, it moved part of its corporate offices to San Antonio area in 2011. NVC Corporate Solutions and Petco partnered to develop and implement a Leadership Certificate Program for their managers which began in August and ended last week.
[image 1]Major Mania is an event that is held each semester and hosted by NVC's Career and Transfer Services (CaTS).

Donating money is a very personal decision and individuals give for different reasons and causes.
Plastic is EVERYWHERE! It is found in virtually everything that is manufactured and sold for our consumption.
For more than three years, NVC has focused on completion as one of its three strategic objectives.
