Northwest Vista College alumnus, Alex Rios Jr., is one of two San Antonio boxers scheduled to compete at the 2016 National Golden Gloves Tournament of Champions to be held May 16-21 in Salt Lake City.
On April 1, NVC librarians Kristin Johnson and Amanda Gorrell were invited to facilitate two workshops on assessment and data visualization at the Council of Research and Academic Libraries spring meeting.

Congratulations to Northwest Vista College Biology adjunct Jossina Gonzalez. She was recently published in “Frontiers in Neural Circuits,” with an articled titled, “Long-term Potentiation at Temporoammonic Path-CA1 Synapses in Freely Moving Rats.”
