[image 1]About 100 students heard insights on career pathways and employment that ranged from the importance of resumes, what to wear to job interviews to networking to treating college as a job as part of a two-day presentation for the NVC Business Student Organization.

[image 1]NVC Business Council members explored career assessments and ideas for getting students ready for college or a career at their February meeting in the Innovation Center.
[image 1]“Scholarships make it possible for you to focus on your studies and not worry about how you are going to pay for tuition,” said Sarah Senger, an NVC scholarship recipient and finalist in this year’s Degree Writing Contest.
The February Bragging Breakfast had several different themes to celebrate or not: Friday the 13th being one, Valentine's Day and then Vista's 20th year of being in existence.
