“Julie Boerm is an employee who is at the heart of process improvement and student centered action. When Banner was causing havoc, Julie jumped in and looked for time-saving solutions at every turn. She discovered ways of improving our registration process that not only saved money and time, but improved the service we give to our partners.
In addition, she is an exceptional customer service representative who is always focused on how to serve our students and our outside partners in a pleasant way. Julie is tasked with maintaining relationships with a number of key educational partners within NISD, and she has consistently improved relationships everywhere she goes. We could not ask for a better team member!”
