Wildcat Cat Den Provides Another Source for Food

Northwest Vista College is pleased to announce the opening of Wildcat Den in Huisache Hall (HH), starting Monday, Oct. 30. The 450-square-foot area will provide another food resource for our growing community of students and employees.

Wildcat Den is an extension of the current Wildcat Café in the Redbud Learning Center (RLC), facing Lago Vista (NVC lake). The Wildcat Den is separate from the no-cost food students can access using their student ID’s at the NVC Student Advocacy & Resource Center in Pecan Hall.

The Wildcat Den will have easy-to-eat prepackaged items for purchase such as sandwiches, wraps, salads, pastries, chips, protein bars, and various sports drinks that include coffee, sodas, and protein drinks.

Hours of Operation:

  • Wildcat Café: M-Th, 7am – 7pm, Fri – 8am – 12pm

  • Wildcat Den: M-Th, 7am – 2pm, Closed Fri
