Francisco goes above and beyond for students. He makes it a point to reach out so students feel comfortable about their decisions. He takes the time to reassure that all students are comfortable on the path they have chosen.

Francisco always has a smile that radiates to the rest of our team. When he presents in the classrooms, he makes sure to visit with everyone so that they can accomplish navigation on their own.

He is always willing to help other staff when they need anything and willingly gives his time when it comes to assisting coworkers.
