| We are currently accepting applications for the Alamo Colleges District Emerging Leaders Program.
The Emerging Leader Program (ELP) is a leadership workshop targeted at developing high potential employees for roles or projects of greater responsibility. Each year, qualified employees are selected by Presidents and Vice Chancellors to attend this 5-month program. To qualify, you must be a high performing, full-time employee in a non-supervisory role. Presidents and Vice Chancellors have the final approval of the applicants and will make selections for the Spring 2021 cohort. Employees selected or not selected will be notified by their College Leadership. If you qualify and are interested in applying, read the attached Program Overview and complete the attached application. |
