Wildcat Wows: Congrats to the VA Office

“To All of the personnel in the VA office,

I would just like to thank you all for your support in helping me to complete my degree. Although I have three classes remaining this summer, I just wanted to pass along my thanks and appreciation for all of your support.

From day one when I initially called the office just to ask questions as to how I get started in the process up until to date, I have received nothing but guidance, support and professionalism. Each time I received a survey, I tried to respond to each and every one of them to let them know what a fantastic job this office has done and is doing for the veterans. To walk in that office and be greeted and treated with so much respect regardless who is sitting behind the desk was just awesome. At one point I had a list of names that I wanted to personally thank but go figure, I have misplaced it.

There was a young gentleman that took the time to walk with me to the bookstore to straighten out some miscommunication regarding the charge of my books. I apologize I do not remember your name but he has great curly hair. 😊 You didn’t have to do that but you offered and followed through. Thank you so much again. To the young lady that I saw at the graduation…she sits in the mobile chair in the office. I was in line so I could not come over but I wanted to thank you for being there. It really meant a lot to see the office representation as well as a familiar friendly face. Again, I apologize on the names.

Mr. Terrance Parker, I can’t find enough words to say to you. I followed your guidance throughout my journey and you never steered me in the wrong direction. It has been an honor to meet you and I’m so glad you were my assigned advisor/ I wish nothing but the best to you.

Thank you guys for everything. I will hang my veteran’s cord, my gold honor’s cord and my honor student medallion proudly. May God Bless you all!

Very Respectfully,”
