Why Should I Care?

Only the top applications get a visit from the Baldrige examiners. Alamo Colleges earned that distinction, and the Baldrige examiners will be here next week, Oct. 1-4th. Every single one of these individuals is a volunteer who has dedicated dozens of hours to read our application, evaluate it and prepare for the upcoming visit. If these individuals believe our systems and processes are headed in the right direction by taking the time out of their day jobs to visit us, we need to show them our welcoming spirit and share with them the joy of what it means to teach and work at NVC.
