One of the newest employees of Student Success is Yolanda Owens, who is a specialist with Northwest Vista College’s Admission & Records in the Welcome Center. Yolanda earned a BAAS in Business Occupations from Tarleton State University, and M.A. in Higher Education Administration from Sam Houston State University. Yolanda worked for seven years at Central Texas College,
NVC faculty, staff and student volunteers enthusiastically greeted students during the start of classes for the fall semester as part of Wildcat Days 2016. In both rainy and sunny conditions over two days, volunteers helped NVC students find their way to a class, the bookstore, the library and other campus locations. More than 95 volunteers
