Both News 4 San Antonio and KABB Fox TV stations reported that the U.S. Department of Education announced that more than $1 million in federal funding will be headed to two local colleges – UTSA and Northwest Vista College. The stories said both institutions will receive $1.5 million through the Developing Hispanic-Serving Institutions Program. U.S.
