NVC Employee Giving Campaign – Your Participation is Key

In the first four weeks of NVC’s #WildcatsTogether Employee Giving Back Campaign, the participation rate reached 28% and NVC faculty and staff raised $31,820. The goal is to become a majority-giving institution with 51% overall NVC employee participation.

To generate excitement, each week there are various Zoom activities for faculty and staff to share Vistaversary (how long you’ve been employed at Vista), exercise or discuss employees’ superhero alter egos. These stories are also shared on NVC’s Employee Facebook Page.

This week, faculty and staff saw Diane Kersey demonstrate ceramics artwork in her studio, and faculty and staff shared their various forms of artwork on the Employee Facebook page. In the coming week, NVC employees are invited to a Push-Up challenge with Teri and Joe Dimas. The idea is to exercise and Push-Up to a higher employee participation rate. The event will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 3 p.m. via Zoom. Please check your email for more information.

The goal is to raise funds for students, programs and community initiatives. If you have already donated, Thank YOU. If you haven’t, please consider making a pledge. If you cannot donate this year, you can still be involved by encouraging others to do pledge.  NVC’s #WildcatsTogether Employee Giving Campaign Zoom and Facebook activities are open to all employees, whether or not they can pledge their commitment to the campaign.
