Adriana I. Cantu is the new mental health counselor at the Northwest Vista College Wellness Center. She previously worked as a counselor at St. Philip's College.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from The University of Texas at El Paso. Adriana has a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University. She is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
Adriana said she “is excited to offer brief, solution-focused counseling services to students. She encourages employees to call her for questions about Strategies of Behavioral Intervention (SOBI), classroom visits, referrals or consultation.
