Congratulations to Dr. Charles Hinkley, who was recently chosen as Northwest Vista College’s new dean for Academic Success.
Dr. Hinkley has been part of the NVC family since 2005. Since then, he has served the college in numerous capacities, as Faculty, Committee Representative, Philosophy Coordinator, Critical Thinking Coordinator, and Chair for the Humanities Department.
Dr. Hinkley will oversee the Business & Entrepreneurship Institute, the Creative and Communication Arts Institute and the Public Service Institute. He will begin his role as Dean for Academic Success on Thursday, Aug. 16.
