About the NVC Library Staff

“Dear Library staff:
Kristin Johnson, Linda Reeves, Judy, Nancy, Norma, Karen, Renata, Amanda, Aaron, ( I am certain I left others out) you all are simply terrific.
Today Kristin spent almost an hour with me teaching me about additional resources I did not know were available to me and my students. She made it so simple for me to understand. She also taught me about state-of-the-art methods for our generation of students. Keeping it fresh. She did so with diplomacy and tact that put me at ease. I already knew of invaluable library resources through the mighty efforts of your Library staff over the years, but today I was additionally impressed by the kindness of Kristin. Her kindness prompted me to remember to thank you all for the many years of effort, and warm smiles. You are a terrific bunch. Over the years I have also been privy to your relentless creativity; creativity that has benefited our college community.
Today, prior to Kristin helping me I was witness to how she effortlessly lent her support to students who required library support. She is a wonderful person.
Incidentally I just sighted Judith's “Need Streaming Video's..” email to us all dated January 12 2012 – shame on me – I missed reading it thoroughly. So again thank you each and all for all your help over the years.
