When some things started to go in a different direction just before registration, your front Admissions staff brought Robin Carrillo into the picture. My daughter is away at Texas A&M. Robin was very professional and kind. She took the time to talk to me and took the time to call my daughter and her friend at 8:45 p.m. and help work the situation out.
Robin went that extra mile and did it with kindness and a positive attitude. She should be commended for her outstanding efforts and her commitment to helping students.
