About Jerardo “Jerry” Moreno

I wanted to share that yesterday I received a call from one of our students. Xavier Cobert told me that he had called in to get support because he 'was literally at the end of his rope with patience and time, very frustrated due to having multiple issues and holds that he needed to have cleared up relatively quickly.' Fortunately he reached Jerry from our advising communications team and Jerry was able to help him get all of his issues taken care of.
Mr. Cobert wanted to make sure that we knew that 'in all honesty he had a wonderful experience with NVC because of Jerry, who did an amazing job in assisting him.'
He said that Jerry was 'calm, patient and very professional,' made phone calls on his behalf and helped ensure that every issue he had was taken care of professionally and efficiently.
